    Hi, I've tried shutdown and restart system from shutdown menu but, after deppin animation laptop stop, no shutdown, no restart, I must press botton. Any suggestion ?

    Do you have the laptop with you? If so, you can just run a live USB and check what works before installing.How to do this have already discussed...
