So far loving deepin. Just have some interface issues.

I've downloaded and installed the Arc theme. So far so good, but it seems that the full theme isn't being displayed well as deepin is somehow overwriting the Arc theme.  In the picture I'm posting, you can really notice with the close, minimize, and maximize icons say in the terminal, but on the finder menu, they look how it's supposed to look.

Is there a way to override what deepin may be doing and just force the arc theming in deepin?
