What is the blue icon in the dock on Deepin Linux?

I'm running the latest version of Deepin Linux and I've always been curious about this; what is the blue flower-like icon in the dock that turns into four dots when you hover over it with your mouse? It doesn't do anything when you left or right-click it. Here's an image -- it's the last icon in the picture.

And this is how it's look after few programms is running in the background:
First row: steam, megasync, transmission, franz
Second row: tomboy, clementine

For example if you install dropbox, zim, synapse or any other app that has system tray icon, they will appear there
