You do not need Deepin for your other pcs and devices to get wireless internet; all you need is a wireless router that you can plug your network cable into, and after you setup the router, you will be able to connect your devices to the signal from the router, assuming all of your devices have wireless capabilities.  And sometimes a pc can be used as a wireless hotspot that you can connect your devices to.
