How to install Pulseaudio on Deepin Linux?

How can I install Pulseaudio and the pulseaudio application tool on Deepin Linux? When I type in: sudo apt-get install pulseaudio nothing happens. It says that nothing new was installed but when I search for it on my computer, nothing comes up. Can anyone help install Pulseaudio tool? Thanks.

It doesn't work. "Failed. Cannot start." This is not a command. How do I install Pulseaudio applet tool, Pulseaudio tool via terminal? It says it's installed but I don't see audio controller for pulseaudio specifically, just the regular volume control.
