dude I am not sure what happened to you but we normally use dd or the img burner that comes along with the iso.

What does the word " contigous" mean? Or did you mean contiguous?  Recently, a few people have been having problems booting from Deepin 15.2.

I bought this VE-300 device as it makes it easier than burning ISOs or dealing with so many USB sticks, I can store several ISO images on it and just select the ISO I want and boot from it.

This ISO is the only one so far where the VE-300 gave me a "DEFRAG" message, every other ISO I have tried boots fine

It is odd that Deepin is the only one that will not boot. If you can find and download the 15.1.1 Deepin iso and try to run it, you would be able to experience Deepin. Sounds like your VE-300 is a nifty device. Good luck.

I went looking around the cd-image mirrors, main site is too slow downloading for me
I noticed a 15.2/ and 15.2-build1/
It seems 15.2/ is the problem image, I must have grabbed that one first without thinking,
I downloaded 15.2-build1/ and it boots fine with the VE-300

Glad you were able to get Deepin up and running.What you said about 15.2 and 15.2 build 1 is interesting and may be of interest and help to some members who have been unable to update to or install 15.2.Enjoy Deepin.

Is the 15.2 build1 the latest ISO?  and if so is there a place to download it? 15.2 not installing for me.
