Do not know what your pc info is, but if your bios has secure boot, is it turned off? This might be the problem.

You might try, immediately after you power on your pc, begin pressing on and off the F10 or F12 ( or whatever key for your pc) key in order to bring up your boot menu screen, where it should give you a list of OSs, usb devices, HDD, SSD, cd roms, that you can select to boot into, and see if Deepin can be booted from there.

if you are using the latest equipment, which is adapted "only for windows" - you will have problems

Do you have W7 or W10 installed as the OEM OS?  If you are attempting to dual boot Deepin with W10, I agree with "com_bw" that you will have problems, for W10, even if you upgraded from W7, was programmed to not play nice with any other OS on your pc. I have successfully dual booted W10 with Linux distros only to discover weeks later that W10 had deleted the Linux OS.  Thus, I suggest, if not done already, that you study the dual boot issue beforehand. Good luck.

I've Win7 installed, as I can read, UEFI and secure boot are the problems. I've installed deepin on my laptop with windows 7 and I had no issues
