I hope you have better luck than I had getting a mirror added to the official list! I petitioned successfully for a Deepin mirror to be created here over six months ago. Despite posting the info here, and emailing cxbii about it, it still hasn't been added!
On the off-chance, there's anyone awake out there in mirror-land, here's the URL again;

PS. Trying to post here using an Android tablet sucks - as does Android itself! Back to the laptop.
