Windows Not Switching Intentional?

If I have, say a web browser and the Deepin Store open, with the Store on top I cannot switch to the browser by clicking on it. Only by clicking on the top (and not the body) can I switch between them. I find this undesirable and can't think of why it would be good. What's the go with this?

So video driver weirdness. Do I wait for the next driver? I can't see the option to 'Disable Window Effects' in Deepin settings or Nvidia settings.

Some systems are being affected by a possible focus switcher problem. You can toggle windows effects off and back on to see if it makes any difference. On keybaord with Superkey+Tab

Tried it out. Brought screen tearing so I'll leave it on.

The point was did it help the focus switcher problem after you re-enabled windows effects or no.

You can try press NumLock key. In my pc when this key is pressed, switch between windows not work.
