Timezone not working correctly

I'm in UTC+2 timezone as I'm in Johannesburg, South Africa, but selecting the Athens UTC+2 timezone sets my time to one hour ahead of time. If I select Algiers UTC+1 then my PC time is one hour behind real time, so I can not get my time correct after the last Upgrade.
I'm not in a Daylight Savings zone, but maybe it's something that I could look into if I knew where to look for that as an option to "Enable/Disable"

Thank you for any assistance so long

Did you try this from the terminal:
  1. sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
Copy the Code
