    • Fresh install of Deepin 2015.1 no updates

    Hi guys ! Just did a fresh install of Deepin 2015.1 from the same USB stick I installed it some weeks ago. However this time, it seems like it does not want to recognize any updates, and it keeps telling me that my system is up to date. I know the first 2 updates are Patches and Chrome, they are not listed on this fresh install. Also the Deepin website and forum are loading very very slow for me and when I try to install anything from the Deepin Store is just not working, the speed is very very slow. Please help !

    No. I just tried a clean install, on a freshly formatted SSD, with a brand bew USB made with the Deepin Boot Maker application. Most mirrors for me have Timeout next to them in the Control Center, and the same, when I manually check for updates it's saying no new updates...I don't know what else to try...other than installed a different OS...

    It very hard to understand what is going on with your system with out being able to see it and try things my self. Today many are having trouble with updates and its usually best to wait a day or two when the update servers are not so busy.
    But your problem started yesterday. I suggest reporting the issue in Deepin User Feedback as they can better analyze your system information.

    Your welcome  Also another thing you can try is Format the usb flash drive first then with Deepin Boot Maker make sure the box is ticked

    Did that same result. I'm running Linux Mint 17.3 with no issues, installed perfect and updated perfect so for sure Deepin is having some issues. I will be back for 2015.2.

    The latest version has a few bugs about installing software.Try to reinstall and it will be fixed
