I've recently installed the latest deepin. No problems so far, but for some reason some programs have no window-manager - i.e., there is no wrapping box with a close and minimize buttons. For example:



See? It's terribly annoying. Other programs I've noticed this include Spotify and Sublime Text 3 (*which I installed through .deb and not through the official repos).

A solution will be much appreciated, thanks!
