    I installed the current version 12.06 and want to put it in Portuguese. But when opening support for languages​​, it ends before you even start. What to do? It is a BUG?

    bug  solved with creation of /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/ folder

    in terminal :

    $ cd /etc/X11/xinit
    $ sudo mkdir -m a=rwx xinput.d

    Had the same issue, language selector app would not load. The terminal commands from melomane solved it. Thanks
    (Should be fixed officially, some users are terminoid to do this)
