I have the same problem, with some Linyaps packages such as that one (Microsoft Edge), and many others, also developed by Deepin itself (such as org.deepin.camera, org.deepin.movie and so on)
To enhance download speeds for non-China regions, we introduced a CDN to the repository. An issue arose due to misconfigured caching policies, which has now been resolved. Please try installing the application again.
