Hi there,
This is really a fantastic distro of Linux I have ever tried ! it seems stable.
but facing one big problem,I guess it's a bug !
I can connect to my wireless network via laptop using deepin linux but can't find any other wireless network at friend house(but can connect using other distro or Windows)....I've deleted mine and nothing changed still can see my own network in home but nothing scanned anywhere else
I've tried to install "WiFi Rardar" to scan for wireless but didn't help .
any suggestion ?
NOTE::the problem I've asked in superuser.com with details and still no answer

Maybe your network card  driver is not installed ? Or the wlan0 interface is off ?

Wicd (pronounced wicked) stands for Wireless Interface Connection Daemon, a network connection manager.
U can google it for more information.
