我使用的是并不是安装器，并且试用了不同版本。我觉得问题在于统信wine兼容引擎，因为安装其他软件也是这样。

可以尝试卸载重装wine兼容引擎。

我也觉得环境出问题了，但将兼容引擎及deepin-wine10-stable全部删除后重新安装，并没有解决问题。怎么检查配置环境哪里出了问题呢？看反馈的信息是缺少文件，缺少什么文件、到哪里去下载呢？
