It seems that some repositories of Ubuntu are added by mistake. Deepin isn't based on any upstream distribution, so using repositories of other distributions can cause damage. Please remove them in /etc/apt/sources.list or /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ then execute sudo apt update again.
