It takes 10 hour to update. When using deepin 20.7.1 there is a setting that you can change mirrors but in deepin v23 there is no mirror change setting in the control center.

second: go to this page and select your nearest mirror:

https://www.deepin.org/en/mirrors/packages/

third: read this https://wiki.deepin.org/en/Software/Software_source

and edit the file /etc/apt/sources.list as explained in the Wiki shown above
