Maybe I did not explain correctly everything, I am using my smartphone, I have a desktop, it does not have a wifi card and the smartphone is connected to wifi and sharing internet to usb to pc, but deepin 23 does not recognize the connection, thats the problem, deepin 20 recognize the connection
