Hi there, to answer your question one by one...

How to install motherboard and GPU drivers?

There is no need to install any driver as they come preinstalled for AMD boards and GPUs.

How to run Windows programs?

Simply install the wine package and the system should take care of the rest.

How to send the "Computer" icon to the desktop?

Open the application menu, right click on the "computer" icon and select "Send to desktop."

Opera dependency issues.

I have notified my colleagues and see how we can take care of this.

Regards,

  1. Opera can be downloaded from the eepin App Store.
  2. The graphics card driver is only available for Ubuntu, but it may not necessarily install successfully.

The issue is that most packages are old in the repos. this has been an issue with Deepin for a very long time. I'm thinking this is due to devs placing their focus on development. As an alternative flatpak is still available although there is no package manager for that, but install is easy enough via terminal.
