deepin v23 will fix this issue. The stable version of v23 will be released this month. I suggest you upgrade your system when it becomes available.

Additionally, since your Chrome was installed from FlatHub, it cannot be updated through the deepin App Store. I recommend uninstalling it and then updating through the deepin App Store. As long as there is an update available for Chrome, the deepin App Store will provide the latest version for you to download within 3 days.

How to create shortcut like in Windows? 
I installed Google Chrome from flathub, because it doesn't update from the appstore and if I put the icon in the dock, when I start it, the icon in the dock doubles. There was no way I could make this not happen. I am using Deepin v20.9. It's interresting that the Thunderbird and the GIMP are also installed from Flathub, but their icons NOT doubles when I run it, just the Google Chrome icon.
