[Suggestions for Improvement] Consistent Window maximize Options in Flatpak

I'm enjoying v.23 beta 3. Updated from beta 2 without problems.
I have noticed that the few flatpaks I've installed (for work) do NOT have the full-screen/half-screen options when I hover the mouse over the maximize button on the app window.
This is a great feature in Mac. I'd also point out that in widescreen monitors it'd be nice to have the ability to pin windows to 1/3 of the screen.
