There's a rumor at https://telegra.ph/Deepin-V20-Public-Beta-released-12-01 that Deepin is going to go full proprietary and close its source to make "a stable system that is fighting against western OS".

Obviously, if this is true, most of the community here will stop using Deepin and migrate to a mainstream open source distro. Manjaro Deepin seems like the obvious choice ...

Of course we'd all hate to lose the distro we love. But perhaps this rumor is bogus. Can anyone from the Deepin community confirm or deny this?
