I am new to Linux and have installed deepin and so far i love it except for one problem. I am using it on a detachable keyboard touch screen laptop (haier y11b). The onboard keyboard does not appear while editing any field. Small keyboard icon doesn't appear either to start onboard even after trying all the different settings in "onboard setting". The only time it works perfectly is when i first turn on the computer and log on screen appears to enter password. Here i can see the keyboard icon and when i touch it the keyboard appears. After entering password and clicking enter, the keyboard immediately disappears not to be seen again until next log on. Please help me troubleshoot this problem in layman terms. Thanks for your time.
