Hello,
I'm a new Linux userand decided to learn more about it with Deepin as it looked so inviting andpolished in terms on desktop environment.
I'm enjoying it, but Ihave an issue with watching video content as the experience is never smooth.I've read around the web and various posts on the forum here. I've switchedbetween drivers, but besides fan regulation that didn't seem to improve my conditiona lot - 390 version. I also tired installing the latest Linux drivers fromnVidia 430 version, but that either crashed the system or prevented it frombooting.
My current setup is:
B40 Asrock fatality
Ryzen 7 1700
zotac gtx 1070
In short the problemboils down to choppy video playback regardless of which drivers I pick from thepreinstalled application. This is also noticeable when scrolling down a webpage or moving windows on the screen quickly.
Any advice?
Thank you.
