New installed Deepin GNU/Linux 15.9.3, install language is english.

After install success, install soyou input method from App store.

I can input chinese in konsole and gtk3 app.(firefox), but when in emacs,
i change switch to sogou, and chinese candidate can be show, but
no content is insert into emacs.
