I apologize in advance for the two posts in a row but I have another issue. I reinstalled Deepin 15.8 twice and the issue is still here.
When installing the system I chose to use the whole disk, but in my file explorer and in the dock an external drive named 165GB (which actually appears to be 154GB) appears and cannot be ejected. It does not look like it is a partition since Gparted doesn't show a partition of that size.
I wouldn't mind but it splits my internal storage almost in half on a machine that already does not have a lot of it.
Here is a screenshot of the file manager and Gparted:

Do you want to compress the system disk?

Hi and thank you for the help, I really just started on Linux so I'm not 100% sure I got it, what I would like is get rid of this virtual external disk of 154G and only have the system disk with the full available storage.
