deepin file manager cannot connect with samsung smartphone

I am trying to use deepin file manager to connect to my samsung galaxy and it just doesn't work:

Second screenshot is from nemo (file manager of cinnamon)

It is not the same problem - I get no error messages, deepin file manager just shows me  that my smarpthone is absolutely empty, with no drives on it

Only your Samsung smartphone have such problems? have you tried other phones?

I have tried LG (bought in 2017) - and it works. Only samsung galaxy S9 doesn't


By the way, may be my problems will be resolved with this feature: "Optimized the reading speed of files in mobile phone"

Bumping thread after release of 15.8
Now attachment doesn't work in another way.


Two file managers: the left was opened using bar icon (or from menu), the right was opened using an option from systemtray "devices" icon
