I have just installed Deepin 15.6 and I am having a few teething problems with Wine, I have found a solution but I cannot seem to locate the .Wine folder using the Deepin File Manager, where can I find it and How do I get it to appear if it is hidden? Using Ctrl+H and then searching for it doesn't show the folder in the search results, what am I doing wrong? Any Help Is appreciated, I am still learning the ways of Linux

The default Wine prefix is typically located at /home/YOUR_USERNAME_HERE/.wine.
As for unhiding it, you have several options.
First off, you could create a link to the .wine folder and rename the link to "Wine" or anything you want.
Secondly, you could make a new prefix without a "." before the folder name. Here's more info on that: https://linuxconfig.org/using-wine-prefixes.
