First things first, try doing this: disable "secure boot' from the BIOS.

You can also disable UEFI mode(legacy mode on), but if you have a windows partition on yout laptop, the windows OS won't boot.

So disable at least the "secure boot" and install Deepin. If you don't use windows, try the second thing I said, too.
