Fonts for linux are installed as packages.
Here you can see a list of the available fonts for arch linux: https://www.archlinux.de/packages?search=ttf
I don't know if deepin has all of them in it's repositories but deepin doesn't have such a nice package list.
That means you have to try if the font which you want is available.
Probably there is an application for installing custom fonts but that is the normal way,I don't know how to do it else.

i really love this distro but i have some issues with persian fonts, i've already tested copying fonts in .fonts directory in my user's home and even in /usr/share/fonts/truetype directory as well. but not either firefox nor telegram desktop or any other app use this fonts. is there any solution why should i do to fix this ?
Thanks in advance
