I am using Dell Vostro 1500 (old computer with only Legacy Boot and MSDOS traditional partition) . On running live USB , it proceeds till display and then after that a black screen is displayed. I have tried giving boot parameter- nomodeset but still the same result.

Graphics Card is NVIDIA Geofoce 8400M GS,
Ram 4 GB .
1.6GHz Core 2 Duo.

Can you give some suggestion to make it work?
