I've also noticed that the System Tray icons (in Efficient Mode) change places every time I log in. Sometimes they take different names, for example, now the internet icon shows as disks, the last log in, it showed all the available wireless .
I am writing this for the developers to get a feed back and be able to correct the problems. If the problems are corrected, I'd get it in the next apt upgrade. Take your time.

My beautiful Deepin-colored stock chart theme 
The System Tray icons worked well in Deepin 15.4.1. I upgraded it yesterday to 15.5 beta, and few icons don't work as it did before. Update mirror is fast, so upgrade was done well.
1) The battery icon pop up doesn't show anything about the battery, but shows only mounted disks. So, don't know what is the battery percentage. There is no notifications of low battery/full battery.
2) The keyboard layout changer icon pop up says it is the System Tray. But, it changes the keyboard layouts.
3) Every time the File manager is opened, all partitions are mounted, even if I had unmounted them earlier. Also, it takes some time to open.
4) Bottom right corner won't open the control center.
I did this, but nothing changed.
No idea, from where to get the qm files.
