    another thing i noticed about deepin 15.4.1, and 15.5 beta is that the screen goes dark by itself.. the brightness levels/edp-1 goes all the way to the left

    That's very weird.
    Did you check that it isn't something hardware related?
    Anything similar to that burn in effects?
    I've never seen that Deepin automatically changes any settings.

    no i dont see any burns, and i dont know if its hardware related, but i didnt see this in earlier versions of deepin, earlier than 15, nor do i see it in other versions of linux. yes, the settings change by themselves, and i have to readjust it to make the screen brighter again
