Hi everyone
I'm having an issue where my task bar disapperead,
I can't figure out how to get it back.
The only way I can use the system currently is by terminal (with limited command knowledge) or through the corner shortcuts.
Curiously, the shortcut for settings doesn't do anything.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

This is happened to me too.
Sorry but, for me, deepin is NOT ready for Production environment yet.
After the  upgrade of deepin to the version 15.4.1 I cannot use the operating system because deepin shows a frame but I cannot use the mouse or the keyboard to go forward (deepin in VMWare Workstation Player).
Probably deepin will be a real operating system, one day, in future...

Actually I've been using Deepin for several years very happily. Occasional weird things like this come up, but always have been resolvable.
dde-dock yields this:

Can anyone tell me the name of the task bar application?
Is it dde-dock?
I'd like to try uninstall/reinstall

Thanks! I was able to reinstall dde-dock, but it still doesn't work.
It appears briefly then disappears on startup and when entering 'dde-dock' in terminal.
The output error causing the problem seems to be this:
(process:1724): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'com.deepin.dde.audio' does not contain a key named 'output-volume-max'
Trace/breakpoint trap
Apparently something in the audio settings is causing it to crash.
What should I try next?

Does anyone know what might cause this error when dde-dock tries to load?
(process:1724): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'com.deepin.dde.audio' does not contain a key named 'output-volume-max'
Trace/breakpoint trap

It means that there is a setting in Dconf missing.
I know how to edit Dconf variables,it's like the registry in Windows, but the program doesn't allow to create new entries.
Search for it yourself,I can't help with this.

But why would that setting suddenly after working fine for years?
My level of knowledge for Deepin is not up to this.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
