I cant install adb drivers any help?

first im sorry for my bad english but ill try to explain

im trying to install abd packages to use "DroidCam" using mi android phone as webcam
and everytime i try to run this command i recive this message.

sayogmx@sayogmx-PC:~$ sudo apt-get install android-tools-adb android-tools-fastboot

and i tried to use apt package from https://packages.debian.org/sid/android-tools-adb

and every time i install it it says
Status: Error: Failed to satisfy all dependencies (broken chache)

any help guys??

Note: this command works on ubuntu and lubuntu, i tried to use deepin and this is my first problem

Same problem here, can't install adb or fastboot and the error message is not showing what is the broken dependency.
