    Do you suggest me to add the tearing parameter on xorg.conf.d ??
    Or i will have much worse performance ?
    I like deepin Linux if only it had fast mirrors i wouldn't hesitate to say its the best
    linux distro .

    for the mirrors is not a problem

    http://old.linuxdeepin.com/mirrors.en.html

    just take care is the mirror you choose is up to date.
    (or you can make an rsync on another server if you have it)

    and for the amd graphics card you can tell which one is it ?

    llinux detects it as [AMD/ATI] Venus LE [Radeon HD 8830M]
    My graphics card is amd r7 450 2gb ram
