I had to switch distros because Deepin 15.4 mouse issues are too broken. I have a Samsung Notebook 7 Spin and when I have my Kensington mouse plugged into the USB port, the mouse will start messing up when I do the following steps.

1. I am logged in and close the lid of my laptop and go away.
2. I open the lid and I am at the login prompt. I log in and now the mouse acts like I am holding down the left click button. It starts dragging icons off the dock. and selecting areas of the screen. The only fix is rebooting.

I will try again when 15.5 comes out.
