deepin recovery mode is like crazy on mi notebook air

Hi,
why i can't access the recovery mode easily? it always come back to the menu when i drop the root shell or it unable to detect usb disk, or unable to detect network, and the display is often scrambled. i have struggled for three days to just accessing the recovery mode alone, but i can't easily backup my data to usb stick or restore my timeshift snapshot. it drives me crazy..
i don't know if it is specific to mi notebook air or the same problem appears on other devices. i believe that a good system is not only has cool GUI, but also has a good and reliable recovery system.
