What would you all think about adding an option to change the refresh rate of displays in the Control Center?

Seems like a no-brainer.

So will anybody be able to write this change?

Also, how do I make this change manually myself in the meantime?
I used to use a deepin-monitors.xml or something but I don't think it exists because I'm on the free video drivers because proprietary is broken in 15.4 beta.
xrandr doesn't let me go above 30, when monitor is 60 on Windows.

I' m afraid this is just because system lack of proprietary graphics driver. So you need to wait until Deepin fix the problem of unable installing the proprietary driver. I assume this is coming with the releasing of official 15.4 version.

15.4 is out and it does have the option.

How can I change my refresh rate so that it is always 60Hz?

(Preferably login screen too)
