Tryng to install libxml-security* ERROR

Hello

I'm getting error if tryng to install libxml-security*.

root@kiuka-PC:~# apt-get install -y libxml-security*
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree

libxml-security-c17v5 is already the newest version (1.7.3-3).

or been moved out of Incoming.

Also getting error if tryng install estonianidcard

you can try install qdigidoc and libdigidocpp-tools manually
