First of all, try ALL outputs separately and check if there is really none that outputs sound. If you still have the problem, then you have to installCopy the Codethen runCopy the Codein your terminal and press F6 on your keyboard to select your bluetooth headphones. Then pump up the PCM and other slider (if available) a little. Then you check ALL sound device outputs each for sound output individiually, again.
- gnome-alsamixer

I have Deepin 15.3 x64 installed and STN-13 Blutooth headphones. Deepin found it and could connect to it, but there was no sound. I started my favorite music player but the music came from the speakers instead of the headphones. There was a 'Handsfree' option under Advanced settings under Audio, but the system got muted after selecting it instead of playing music on the headphones. There's nothing wrong with the headphones, they work perfectly with my old (Nokia C2-01) mobile phone. So how can I use Deepin with the Bluetooth headphones?
