Not sure what your problem is , but you can try rebooting your pc and then updating through the terminal: sudo apt-get update and then sudo apt-get dist-upgrade I also noticed from your screenshots that Auto check updates is off. If you turn it on, you should be able to see the official Deepin mirror option, and you can try to update from there, if updating from the terminal does not work. If updating works, you may be able to install from Deepin store, though the install speeds are sometimes quite slow. Good luck.

I don't know im new in deepin , im move from Linux mint ,
But why internet conection can't install from store its show 0Kbps
and i can't install anything, driver too
my conection is oke, youtube 1080p is playable and speed is 10Mbps, and i use fast mirror, other mirro i test and same
