Issue with playing 720p movies on HD TV with Deepin

Hi Guys !
I've tried to watch a 720p movie on my new HD tv and I had some issues. I'm not sure if Deepin has drivers for my intel 3000 hd graphics onboard video card on my laptop or not but the movies get these frames, or lines whenever movement occurs. Can anyone please help me out ? or walk me thru installing the right drivers ? Thanks !
