I think you should have it as well on the laptop. Maybe something went wrong. Try to change to "Efficient Mode" and/or reboot and check if the power off icon is there. Then revert to "Fashion Mode", it should be there.

And, by the way, I think the systray is fine, less clutter, less used systray apps can be hidden in the systray drawer. It resembles the Windows systray drawer behaviour but hey, it's good. Perhaps Deepin team could offer the user the possibility to have the choice and make the systray work in both modes. You could suggest it using Deepin User Feedback app (best way to let developers know).
