I don't think that by now you will get any response from the developers. There is a website for translations purposes:
https://www.transifex.com/linuxdeepin/public/
However I don't see any option/project for the content of the website(it could be Deepin-ID though), maybe you can translate the strings and send it to them.

I have recently started using Deepin on my home computer and love it but I have noticed the level of English on the main website isn't great, it's obviously been written by someone who doesn't speak English natively. I would like to help out and fix this, is there anywhere I can submit changes to the websites copy to make it read correctly?
