The shutdown splash will appear for a second, then the console becomes visible again and Deepin hangs there. I will start Deepin without 'quite splash' options to see exactly what happens.
Edit: Well... the problem seems to be gone(?). I don't know what happend, but now Deepin 15.2 just shuts down and not hang at shut down. Strange, really strange...

i have a Lenovo G50-45 laptop and Deepin 15.2 doesn't shut down, however reboot works perfectly. It doesn't matter if i am logged into GUI or not, or using the shutdown option or the sudo shutdown -h 0/now command. Deepin will hang at the splash screen forever. Does someone know why?
