One way to uninstall is to install synaptic package manager ( sudo apt-get install synaptic ) and, once installed, open it and go to "installed packages ", then scroll to google-chrome-stable , then click on it and mark it for complete removal and click apply. Remove other packages in similar fashion. Good luck.
