I have very tight pocket to loose bucks on net so can anyone tell me how much it would take data to upgrade from 15.1.1 to 15.2

I am not certain about the amount of data it would take, but if you have a portable device, just go to a Starbucks or free Wifi place, turn off data , turn on wifi and upgrade. So about 2 or 3 bucks for coffee.
