I noticed my install of Deepin 15.2 was misbehaving in a few ways. Primarly I would be unable to press anything on the bottom bar, meaning i'd have to Ctrl + Alt + F1 and sudo poweroff. Just thought I'd mention the issue. Its all good after the reinstall but I don't think I was doing anything out of the ordinary to deserve such behaviour.

You do not need to reinstall deepin for that matter, just create new user. Because softare on root partition is not changing by it self, but configs in user home are more in danger, as pc is going down or desktop is freezing in some point and configs are corrupted...so, first new user, then reinstall if really needed. This I do at last.
